Here is a lovely summer memory from our trip to Sweden. I bought the yarnand the brooch at the Sommarutställning, smögenskolan, Smögen. Bibi who had made the brooch said to me before I left: "See you on the internet" Pattern is here on Ravelry
This is absolutely beautiful - I love the shaping and the collar detail. Did you design it? Where could I obtain the pattern? Found your blog just recently and am really enjoying it!
I love this little shawl/neckwarmer. You said that the pattern comes from Gudrun Johnstons "Aestlight". Also the knitting pattern is on Ravelry. How do I get it there?

ReplyDeleteThanks, you are very kind. The design is Gudrun Johnstons "Aestlight". I changed the edge, though. The wool is spun in a way so it will curl :)Mette
ReplyDeleteThat is a lovely piece of knitting. Is the design on Ravelry?
ReplyDeleteThanks, Janet. Yes, it´s on Ravelry. With a beautiful edge. However, it got lost in my wool, so I made a broader and more simple one.

ReplyDeleteThanks. I will link it to post. The pattern really suits the gray handspun.
